Oskar Pedersen AS and tent manufacturer Barents Outdoor AS have entered into a framework agreement with the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (NDMA) for the supply of one-person tents to the Norwegian Armed Forces.
The framework agreement will cover the Armed Forces' total requirement for one person tents over the next seven years.

In the Armed Forces' testing, the one-person tent Oskar Pedersen are supplying achieved the highest score on quality, and considerable weight was given to durability and to innovative solutions that can make a real difference for the individual soldier.

The framework agreement includes several configurations tailored to different climatic and geographical conditions. The Armed Forces already use patrol tents supplied by Oskar Pedersen and Barents Outdoor.
For Melhus-based Barents Outdoor, the delivery of one-person tents to the Norwegian Armed Forces is further confirmation of the importance of its commitment to quality.
